324GB of uncompressed data plus 125 minutes of 48kHz digital audio. DDS-3 (Digital Data Storage) was replaced with DDS-4, 5, 6, 7... and DAT (Digital Audio Tape) format officially died on the first of January 2006. DDS-3 tapes were used for data backups, but HHB DAT is still playable: Fleetwood Mac, "Tusk" (Live 1982)

One of my favorite songs and a fine tribute to Kim's theme!
I wonder if you found the right spot for the purple case instinctively or if you tried a few spots. I really like that this one is tightly set and seems so repetitious yet isn't really upon close examination. This would make a great poster.
Oooh, oooh, I am so excited! Thanks for the tribute. When I saw it, I thought, wow, that woudld fit into my theme! Apart from not being square...
But I totally love it, and the important placement of the one that is NOT the same, is very well done. I just love that. Interesting choice of subject too. Well done.
I'm really enjoying your theme, and your outstanding photographs too.
This one is terrific, and a fitting tribute for Kim too, very well thought out and executed!
Awesome tribute to kim.. although not square, I'm sure she'll agree. And yes... this fits your theme very well; nice placement of the purple case
Very effective and the placement of the purple tape is just right.
Stellar. Absolutely stellar. Sell this, for lots of money!
This does make a brilliant poster!
I enjoyed learning the history of tapes while 'Tusk' was playing in my head.
Brilliant tribute.
Amazing how fast technology evolves these years. I remember switching to digital tapes for music because minidisc was to expensive, it only lasted a few years. Now most of my collegues use a laptop or ipod when teaching dance. I'm stil using cd's though.
